Passport: In Progress

So many, if not all, have been affected by coronavirus. I'm still praying our trip continues as planned or with necessary adjustments for safety purposes.
The passport office closed and are not processing applications at this time. I called recently to the Miami Passport Agency  and a live person answered but she went on & on like a recording. She answered my few questions in the same manner. She did not deviate from her script. This is annoying.
I have the opportunity to fly to the Bahamas (a 45 min flight) next month for a few days. I won't be able to at this rate.
I'm almost afraid to but being under quarantine orders makes you want to get up and go ANYWHERE fast.

My passport is still showing: In Process. It's been since March. I'm not sure what the hold up is. I continue to check often.
