Cecily, native Floridian, has spent most of her 40-plus years in West Palm Beach, FL.

Her warmth is appreciated by all who meet her and they are always welcomed into her presence by her smile and gracious disposition.
She is also a loved and respected sibling of two brothers and two sisters and adored daughter of both mother and father.

Having always had an entrepreneurial mind-set, Cecily started a greeting card turned graphic design business out of high school. Drums Lights & Smoke was born and she continues to execute design & layouts for several clients in Palm Beach County since 1992.

Her hat-wearing versatility is extensive to include event planning where she directed The Clothing Exchange Project for 6 years, fundraising where she coordinated & hosted the Jewelry Jamboree Quarter Auction to raise money for local charities, many years serving as a mixologist in restaurants and clubs and is continuously sought-after for local special events. She also built many connections and friendships as a jewelry stylist with Premier Designs for 11 years, recently retiring to pursue other business ventures.

By day Ms. Mathis manages Community Relations & Marketing for an eye physician practice. She's often the face for the company online during monthly LIVE videos, at networking and fundraising events as she presents a stylish persona and a genuine interest in others.

Current endeavors include Lyvonne.com to generate funds for her mother's inaugural trip to Ghana. Near future endeavors involve launching her Youtube travel channel-Whaaaat! and the complementing components. More to come!

In her social life, she makes "family" and friends with almost everyone she connects with. She loves to support and network with other business owners. In the rarity of her spare time, she enjoys a day at the beach, trying new restaurants, line dancing, attending concerts, and traveling when she can.
